CIMA & Horiguchi bickered after the opener. CIMA promised victory for Team Veteran. Horiguchi noted that Mochizuki wasn’t even in the building yet. CIMA said not to worry about Mocchy, as he would arrive after he was done with his match in New Japan. Horiguchi then inquired about the identity of the X in the main event. CIMA simply said he was X of Team Veteran Returns and they would have to wait for the match to find out more. Horiguchi told him it didn’t really matter who he was because the Jimmys were going to win.

The low ranks of -akatsuki- greatly handicapped TakaYAMA today. They were left totally helpless in the face of the constant MAD BLANKEY interference. Tozawa blasted YAMATO with the yellow box to set up the finishing stretch. They were further doused with salt afterwards.

X was none other than Yuji Nagata. He shared the cab ride with Mocchy from Aichi Prefectural Gym to repay his debt from the NJPW tag league. He participated in the usual rubber band assault on Horiguchi, and all of Team Veteran adopted his demonic armbar.

CIMA celebrated the big victory in the final DG trip through Nagoya for 2012. He thanked Nagata for coming out after already wrestling once in his home promotion. Nagata was happy to help. However he took exception to being lumped in with Team Veteran because he surely was not of veteran age yet. In fact, none of them were. Team Veteran closed out the show with a rousing cheer.

The teams for the tournament gathered for the drawings to decide the pairings. Gamma said that KBS Hall was full once again for the usual eventful night in Kyoto. Tonight that event would the miracle of a Gamma & Ichikawa tournament victory. Tanisaki said that miracle would never come and they would certainly not be defeated by a pair of comedy losers.

Susumu said that today was the 1 year anniversary of his birth as Jimmy Susumu. He would celebrate his birthday by winning, then going on to beat Mochizuki & Fujii in the title match. Doi said his usual boring speech about doing his best and thanking the Kyoto fans for their support.

Yoshino apparently forgot who Saito was before their match. He asked him, saying he has never seen him before. Saito reminded him that he was his senior back in the dojo days. Yoshino didn’t buy it, saying someone with such a funny looking nose could never be senior to him. Saito said he would show him during the match why he was. He also insisted his nose was perfectly fine. Kagetora helped lead fans in a chant to reassure him of this fact.

CIMA told the Kyoto faithful about the FINAL GATE main event. He said he had flipped his switch into overdrive, and Hulk go to see that today. Hulk called him a paper champion and said he would take him down in Fukuoka. CIMA mocked his terrible promo ability by saying comparing him & Hulk on the microphone were like comparing Heaven & Hell. Takagi came out to join the fun. He told Hulk he would break his neck. As for CIMA, his time was about to be over. Hulk said he would be an even worse champion. It wouldn’t just be the final chapter in the CIMA Royale saga, it would be the final chapter of his wrestling career. They argued for a bit more, with CIMA saying that it was fate for them to be facing off at FINAL GATE. But he would defeat them, because he was CIMA.

A Jimmys jersey clad Dr. Muscle then came out of nowhere and absconded with the Brave Gate title belt.

Cyber was rather boastful after the tournament win. He claimed to have shown the morons in Kyoto a perfect victory. He called out Old Timer Fujii to come and acquiesce to his challenge. Fujii came out. He first greeted the wonderful people of Kyoto, then said that since Mochizuki wasn’t here, he would be taking a rain check on that. He assured Kong that he would leave Mocchy a voicemail ASAP to let him know all about this. Mocchy would surely be terrified of this challenge. Kong guaranteed victory whenever the match goes down. One of the prizes for the tournament win was a 1 year supply of wine. Perhaps Kong had already gotten into it.

Somehow, WORLD-1 were left to close the show. Yoshino ripped off Fujii and called the Kyoto fans wonderful people. Ricochet finished off by showing off his developing Kansaiben skills & saying how much he loved Kyoto.

Kagetora demanded a rematch with HUB, and will get it at the next Sambo Hall show. HUB struck him in the face with his tail, leading to the finish. It also caused some bloodshed.

Mochizuki taunted Saito after beating him with his own original hold. This win tied up the elimination series, and despite the tough schedule he has on 12/2 (he also will have New Japan Tag League commitments), Team Veteran will win the overall series in Nagoya. CIMA told Mocchy to leave it to him.

Susumu & Kanda promised to win the tournament in Kyoto tonight to once again become #1 contenders to the Twin Gate. Kage challenged for the Brave yet again, DK reminded him that he already said never. He told him he had some nerve to make a challenge after being beaten in such short order by HUB today.

Horiguchi told Team Veteran that they lit a fire under the collective asses of the Jimmys and by the end of the year they would take the Brave & Twin from them while defending the Triangle.

Problem Dragon was upset at being stuck in the second match on the card while someone as garbage as Stalker got to main event. Stalker proposed that he just join up in the main event and Team Veteran would beat them 4 on 3. Mochizuki was apprehensive due to the presence of MAD BLANKEYs’ new beastly foreign assassin. Thankfully HUB just happened to be near the arena when his theme started playing, so he joined the match as well.

5. YAMATO⭕, Shingo Takagi (31:58 Frankensteiner) BxB Hulk, Akira Tozawa❌

Problem Dragon blasted Kong for being such a loser. He was so far beneath the Mighty Problem Dragon he should be hurry up and vanish from MB. Gamma hit him from behind with his Singapore Cane. He briefly mocked his terrible promo ability before kicking off their match. It looks like Problem Dragon & Kong will be fighting in a singles match soon.

Kagetora challenged DK for the Brave Gate again. DK said he was a fighting champion, and as a fighting Brave Gate champion he would accept any and all challengers. Except Kagetora. He would not accept his challenge because he won’t shut up about it and keeps challenging him. Kagetora was undeterred and said for the sake of the Jimmys he would get his challenge one day.

Horiguchi thanked the fans for supporting them. By winning today, they fulfilled their obligations to Team Veteran. The Jimmys won’t have to split up. He turned to Shachi, who suffered an arm injury during the match that forced him to tap out. He asked him if W1 wanted a rematch. Yoshino said that injuries were part of being a pro wrestler. WORLD-1 wanted a rematch, but replacing Shachi will be the International X that will be teaming with DoiYoshi & CIMA in Korakuen. Saito demanded to know who it was. Yoshino said he wouldn’t have to wait until 12/6. He brought out Ricochet! Ricochet greeted the fans and called Horiguchi bald. Saito accepted them as a challenger team, saying it would be fun to fight with Rico again. This brought out MAD BLANKEY. Tanisaki was upset over the Triangle Gate becoming a belt that only W1 & the Jimmys fight over. MB wanted a shot as well. Dolphin refused, especially since the team would have Problem Dragon & Kong. No one wants to see that. Horiguchi did eventually relent and accept a MB challenge after the W1 rematch.

DoiYoshi ended this segment by telling the Saga locals that Ricochet would also be competing at FINAL GATE in Fukuoka.

YAMATO taunted Tozawa. He went on to say that the same result would happen if they faced off in a singles match. Tozawa was quick to accept, saying that YAMATO better have more than a flash pin ready. GM Yagi made the match for FINAL GATE.

Takagi had the same challenge ready for Hulk. They bickered back and forth for awhile, before I LIKE COLA began playing. CIMA talked for awhile about the various challenges from the new generation this year. Takagi & Hulk were the only ones left for CIMA to knock down. Instead of going the predictable route of making them fight to decide the next challenger, the next CIMA Royale be a 3 way title match. CIMA vs. Takagi vs. Hulk. He asked Yagi to make it official. They took turns promising victory. CIMA said he was the best and strongest champion. He would be in peak physical condition. FINAL GATE would end the same way it ended last year, with him as champion. Because he is CIMA.

☆3rd Defense for MochiFujii

Problem Dragon told Mochizuki that the only reason they beat him in the last Twin Gate match was because his moron partner Cyber Kong hit him by accident. With Tanisaki as his partner he would surely take the titles.

During MB interference, Kong once again managed to hit Problem Dragon. This gave the champions an advantage they used to win. He raged at his idiot stablemate again. He vowed to find a different partner and take the Twin Gate titles. Mochizuki blew him off. He said the the blame for the loss was on him and how terrible he was. He told him they would not be accepting any further challenges.

☆The Shin-Imamiya Festival Trio fail in the 2nd defense, WORLD-1 International become the 38th Champion team

The Jimmys came out first for the opening MC. They talked about the title vs. disbands deal with Team Veteran, & their victory over them in Korakuen. They now also have WORLD-1 to deal with, but DoiYoshi aren’t their enemies. This brought W1 out. After their trash talk in Korakuen, they couldn’t backtrack on that now. Only one team was waking out with the titles tonight, and that was WORLD-1 International. This brought out the champion team. They mocked the Jimmys & their glasses. All sides argued a bit more, before leaving.

Problem Dragon challenged MochiFujii to another Twin Gate match. He even let them pick his partner. Anyone except Kong. They picked Kzy. He didn’t like that, and decided on Tanisaki. They decided to accept the challenge anyway, and it will take place during the upcoming swing through Kyushu.

Kong was pretty proud of himself for beating Shenlong. He told Problem Dragon he better get up to speed or he would be left behind. He again went for a handshake with Reed, whose grip was too overpowering for him. MB left Kong behind.

Gamma was outraged after the main. He attacked Shachi, giving him the Gamma Special & stripping his mask. He eventually calmed down and helped Shachi put on his newly won title belt to make amends. The Jimmys challenged the new champions. It was accepted, but they didn’t immediately announce which trio of Jimmys.

Shachi gave a short speech. He said up until today, he wasn’t the type of wrestler that won titles. Last year he decided to improve his physical conditioning. Now he has found the best team mates he could ask for. By not giving up hope and perseverance, he opened a new path for himself. Doi said that frankly he didn’t think Shachi would even make it to his debut match. Back then he was constantly surpassed by new trainees. But, as Shachi said, via endless hard work and perseverance he achieved his dream. His best amigo Yoshino was deeply moved to tears.

6. Open the Twin Gate Title Match: Masaaki Mochizuki, Don Fujii⭕ (14:53 Top Rope Choke Slam) Problem Dragon❌, Cyber Kong
☆2nd Defense for MochiFuji

MAD BLANKEY came out after the opener. Problem Dragon got on Fujii for wrestling a 5 minute opener in his home town. He challenged him to put the Twin Gate on the line tonight. Mochizuki was already facing Kong, so they should just make it a tag match. All sides agreed, so the match was set. Fujii said he would be competing in a 5 minute main event as well.

More Cyber friendly fire lead to the finish. Problem Dragon blamed the loss on late match Team Veteran interference (which only happened to counter interference from MB). He called Fujii a dirty cheater, and promised revenge next time they come to Mie. Mochizuki said he wasn’t worried at all because the next time they come to Mie Problem Dragon probably wouldn’t even be on the show.

-Horiguchi (42:22 Backslide from Heaven) Mochizuki
-Horiguchi (46:23 Backslide Times) CIMA

Team Veteran opened up the show. CIMA thanked the fans for coming out in the midst of working & studying hard. He also talked at length about his new incredibly fashionable camouflage pants that he purchased while in New York. They also showed off all their title belts, and told Korakuen about the wager with the Jimmys over them. This brought the Jimmys out. They traded the usual banter over the main event. Horiguchi promised that the Jimmys would not be dismantled.

Problem Dragon of all people got on Cybers’ case for his recent string of saltiness. Kong called him out on that. He enjoyed tagging with Reed today, and went for a handshake. Reeds’ grip was too much for Kong, who winced in pain. Tanisaki warned both of them that if they continued to be terrible they would find themselves out of MAD BLANKEY.

MB did everything in their power to prevent a Takagi win. YAMATO finally gave in and interfered himself, leading directly to the win for Takagi. Naturally, Tozawa chastised him for ruining the match and wondered if that was how -akatsuki- did their fighting. Both sides continued to trade words until Takagi gave Kzy a lariat for no reason, leading to more confused fighting. Tozawa promised to destroy them, and MB left. Takagi said that one of the units would probably be destroyed, but in the end the -akatsuki- sun would be the one that rises.

After the main, Horiguchi brought up CIMAs’ speech from GATE OF DESTINY. CIMA had heavily praised the new generation, but didn’t mention a single Jimmy. Saito said the way to chang that would be for them to take out DoiYoshi. This brought out WORLD-1. After some talk, they set up a 4 vs. 4 match for the next Korakuen. CIMA will team with DoiYoshi for the first time since Blood Generation. Their 4th member is currently listed as X. He will be brought in by W1. It was implied that it would be Ricochet, but it wasn’t explicitly said. The Jimmys team will be Saito, Horiguchi, Susumu, & Dolphin.

Shachi also had something he wanted to do. He challenged Kagetora to a singles match. The winner gets the next Brave Gate shot.

At this point Kanda & Fujii began to brawl. They were joined for some reason by YAMATO. GM Yagi decided that the 3 of them would fight in a falls count anywhere 3 way match next month.

The victorious Jimmys closed the show with the usual WE ARE JIMMYS speech & song.

HUB taunted Kagetora after pinning him. Kagetora replied that it didn’t matter because he was the next Brave Gate challenger. DK shut him down saying he never accepted such a challenge. Kagetora brought up the Unit vs. Title wager the Jimmys & Team Veteran have in place, and how it was unfair if they don’t accept the title challenges. DK said he would take on anyone, except Kagetora. Mochizuki chimed in, noting that a guy who just got pinned in an opening match probably wasn’t in any position to make a title challenge anyway. Kanda raged at Mochizuki. QQ calmed him down, and reassured everyone that the Jimmys would take the Triangle Gate in Osaka and this whole thing would be done with anyway. Gamma laughed it off. Susumu said he loved the Jimmys and wouldn’t let them be dismantled.

Some new movement involving Cyber Kong today. For some reason he applauded for Susumu after their King of Chop pairing. Later on he tried to interfere on behalf of Hulk & Tanisaki but his Pineapple Bomber hit Tanisaki by mistake, leading directly to the loss. Tanisaki pushed him away afterwards.

HUB was disqualified out of KoC for using his tail to strike Mocchy.

The Jimmys & Team Veteran exchanged more words & taunts after the main event, as their feud begins to heat up.

W1i closed out the show. Yoshino nominated BOY for entry into the 4th KING OF CHOP.
