After suffering a shoulder injury in early 2012 that was reported to keep him out of action for several months, Tanizaki suddenly returned after only several weeks. He had gained a significant amount of weight, and his facial features now resembled the former Tomahawk T.T. Still, Blood Warriors & MAD BLANKEY assured everyone that it was indeed Naoki Tanizaki. A slight change in the spelling of his name, and the fact that he is absent whenever Tomahawk T.T shows up seems to indicate that he may not be the genuine article.
